What a beautiful card for a beautiful day. You've been working hard lately and now it is time to take a little break. Everything has seemed so important lately that there hasn't been any opportunity for you to take some space just for you. Maybe you've been thinking about getting a massage or going to visit a friend. Make it happen! Leave work a little early or postpone a household chore so that you can fill your day with some love and lightness.

Nothing is so important that it can't wait. Step back and look at things from a higher perspective. Most of the tasks we fill our days with are just noise and nonsense. When it comes down to it there a very few things that really matter. These are the things that bring us joy. Friends, family, a good book, a stroll by the river. Make time for those things that you truly love, that you know will lift you spirit. This is not a waste of time; for in truth, the time we spend doing these things fills our souls and tops up our energy so that we can go on with the other aspects of our lives.

Make space for joy. You deserve it. Your heart will thank you for it.
